That Metal Show@ Vampd w/ Vinyl Tattoo 8/21/14

The guys from That Metal Show came to Vampd to tell a few jokes, listen to some music and get the Trunk stumped on Thursday the 21st of August.  Eddie Trunk, Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine all did some stand up and then they interviewed their hero Frank DiMino, singer from the infamous band from the 70’s, ANGEL. The major question loomed over the crowd…”Will there be an ANGEL reunion?”… Frank left it a bit open as his band-mates weren’t there to answer with him.  After that Eddie Trunk was stumped quite a few times and they gave out a lot of free CD’s. My friend Taylor Carlson stumped Eddie good and Eddie proceeded to tell Taylor, That he freaked him out. Which is funny because Taylor is also an encyclopedia of music knowledge and maybe he reminded him of himself.

After all the That Metal Show fun, Vinyl Tattoo which consists of: Frank DiMino (ANGEL), Oz Fox(Stryper), Michael T Ross(Lita Ford&ANGEL), JP Michaels and Scot Coogan, ripped through a killer set of ANGEL songs including “The Tower” and then some Stryper “The Way”, and a Deep Purple Medley of “Burn/Stormwind” and many more classics which blew the crowd away. Eddie Trunk and Don Jamieson both got up and rocked out to the band along with the fans up front. It was cool to see them having such a great time!! Vinyl Tattoo never dissapoints! That Metal Show with Vinyl Tattoo was a total blast!!!
